Femi Olabisi<\/h4>

Head of School Operations<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

F<\/span>emi Olabisi joins Grange School as Head of School Operations, bringing 20 years of leadership experience in educational administration, governance, human resources, and school operations across primary, secondary, and tertiary education, as well as international organisations and the private sector.<\/p>

Before joining Grange, Femi served as Head of Administration (Director) at the West African College of Physicians (WACP), where he provided strategic leadership for operations across 15 West African countries. He has held executive leadership positions, including Registrar\/Secretary to the Council, Head of Administration and Human Resources, Administration Manager, and Country Manager. He has also served on the Governing Councils and Boards of Trustees of educational institutions and contributed directly to the establishment and growth of schools and higher education institutions.<\/p>

Femi holds a Master of Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has pursued executive development at institutions including Stanford University, California, USA; the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Wisconsin, USA; and the British Council. He is committed to organisational excellence, innovation, and building environments where staff and students can thrive.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
