Richard McMahon<\/h4>

M<\/span>r. McMahon is an experienced international school leader with an extensive background and knowledge of school improvement initiatives. He began his career teaching in a Roman Catholic school in the UK after graduating from Exeter University from a four year BA.Ed Degree. His first international teaching post was in Nairobi, Kenya followed by a move into Secondary leadership when relocating to Saudi Arabia, at a British International School.<\/p>\n

After leaving Saudia Arabia he moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE initially as the Deputy Principal followed by the School Principal role of a large IB and British curriculum school. Prior to moving to the Grange School, he returned to Saudi Arabia as the Executive Principal of KG \u2013 G12 CAIE school in the top performing school in Al Hasa, Eastern Province.<\/p>\n

In the various schools he has worked in he has led schools through numerous quality assurance and school improvement processes including accreditations with CIS, ADEK and COGNIA. In the UAE he achieved the highest ADEK inspection rating during the evaluation of schools during the pandemic.<\/p>\n

In Saudi Arabia he led the school into the top category of Index of Educational Quality under the COGNIA evaluation. He has worked with numerous school improvement partners to develop the educational provision for students and focuses on developing quality education by implementing processes which support teacher professional development.<\/p>

He has a passion for developing CPD and promoting a culture of professional learning communities. He completed his Masters of Educational leadership with Bath University, the certificate of International School Principal leadership with the PTC and is a qualified level two PENTA inspector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
